Tetra Pak is seeking a skilled External Campaign Manager to support local market campaigns across Europe.

Assignment Overview:

As a Campaign Manager, you will be pivotal in creating, activating, and optimizing marketing campaigns while achieving set objectives and KPIs. This role involves close collaboration with local teams and guiding agencies to ensure campaign success within the B2B sector, specifically focused on the food and beverage manufacturing industry.

 

Required Skills:

  • B2B Channel Expertise: Experience with integrated B2B campaigns.
  • Marketing Automation Tools: Proficiency in Pardot or similar platforms for lead management and nurturing.
  • Data Analysis: Strong ability with Adobe Analytics to interpret data and improve campaign strategies.
  • Content Development: Ability to direct the creation of marketing materials such as case studies, presentations, and social media posts.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the food & beverage manufacturing or packaging industry.
  • Ability to work across different time zones.

  • Workload: 50%

Job Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Support the creation and activation of local market campaigns. Optimize campaigns based on performance data and strategic objectives.
  • Content and Audience Targeting: Advise on the utilization of content across various campaigns. Assist in selecting the target audience, creating message houses, and tailoring messages to different parts of the sales funnel.
  • Channel and Content Optimization: Guide the selection of go-to-market channels and content adaptation. Support the creation of engaging landing pages and development of Marketing Automation (MA) email flows.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Adobe Analytics to analyze campaign data, derive insights, and optimize ongoing and future campaigns. Generate reports and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Global Campaign Coordination: Assist in coordinating global campaigns with local markets to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
