This pricing (15–18% of annual salary) reflects a step up from basic support to active recruitment, where our recruiters take a much more hands-on role in actually finding and qualifying the right people. At this level, our recruiters are not just managing the process — they are driving the hiring outcome. That means more time, more expertise, and more responsibility, which is why the fee is higher than in the Starter tier.
